Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Management Develop and implement marketing plans that strengthen the brand presence and drive store performance. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—from in-store experience to digital communication. Monitor customer insights, competitor activities, and dining trends to guide marketing decisions. Localize global brands campaigns for the Philippine market while keeping brand authenticity and cultural relevance. 2. Mall Coordination Act as the main liaison between brands and partners marketing teams. Coordinate approvals and schedules for mall events, campaigns, and co-promotions. Ensure timely submission of marketing materials, event participation forms, and compliance with mall marketing guidelines. Maximize brand visibility through mall-wide promotions, food festivals, and seasonal activations. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with mall marketing officers to secure premium exposure for the brands. 3. Marketing Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations and Franchise teams to ensure marketing programs are effectively implemented in stores. Support new store openings with launch campaigns, mall partnerships, and digital promotions. Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and influencers for collaborations, sampling events, and brand activations. 4. Social Media & Influencer Management Lead the creation and execution of brand content calendar for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok . Coordinate with the designer for content creation, ensuring materials align with the brand voice, promotions, and campaign timelines. Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy for posts. Manage community engagement by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, messages, and comments. Identify, coordinate, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand values. Brief influencers on campaign objectives, oversee deliverables, and evaluate performance based on engagement and reach. Monitor page insights, influencer metrics, and audience growth to refine social and influencer strategy. 5. Digital Media Management (Paid Boosting) Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and optimization for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with influencers to integrate boosted or whitelisted content where relevant. Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on new digital trends, ad formats, and algorithm changes. 6. Budget & Reporting Manage the brand’s marketing and digital advertising budgets efficiently. Track influencer and paid media ROI, ensuring cost-effective use of funds. Prepare monthly reports covering campaign performance, mall coordination updates, influencer activities, and social media insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in brand or marketing management, preferably in the food or retail industry . Hands‑on experience in social media management , Meta Business Suite , and TikTok Ads Manager . Proven ability to coordinate with mall marketing teams (experience with SM or Gateway is a strong advantage). Experience managing influencer partnerships or ambassador programs . Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, creative, and proactive; comfortable managing multiple priorities. Passionate about food, Korean culture, and creating engaging brand experiences. Preferred Attributes Experience managing content production and influencer collaborations .
