Responsibilities Prepare Payroll (such as Filled-up Overtime Request, Application for Leave) and ensure to reflect the Mandatory Benefits (SSS, Phil health, PAG-IBIG and other Deductibles). Planning, administering and implement employee benefit programs. Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs. Research new employee benefits plan. Coordinate daily benefits processing (Enrolment, Resignation, Termination, Back pays and other Claims). Maintain and update employee records and benefits file (Leave File, Contracts, and Personnel Status Change Notice & Occupational Records). Process on boarding of new staff and coordinate to concern department (Staff house, Shuttle, Canteen and others). Report monthly employee services report to manager. Identify and analyse result of Climate Survey and create action plan for satisfaction of employees. Assist HR manager in reporting employee services status. Continually update and create new benefits plan. Create proposal for new benefits plan for the upcoming year. Conduct 1on1 Interview or meeting to concerned personnel / department. Conduct survey to stakeholder to identify effectiveness the satisfaction. Follow organization’s guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH). Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
