Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferably with a Master’s degree or relevant IT certifications in Solutions Architecture, Project Management, Cloud, ITIL, DevOps or Agile. 10+ years of experience in IT applications delivery, solutions architecture or service management. Proven track record in leading large-scale implementations and managing cross-functional teams. Experience in retail, mall operations, real estate, or similar industries is a plus.
