Overview

Job Title: CRM Specialist/Manager
Location: 22F Ayala Financial Tower, Makati City
Reports to: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Translate the outlined responsibilities related to managing customer relationships, enhancing our customer experience by utilizing CRM software to improve business processes. This often includes developing, implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with various departments to improve customer service and sales.

Responsibilities
  • CRM System Management – administering and managing the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and customizing the system to meet the business needs.
  • Data Management – ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM system.
  • Data Analysis – analyzing customer data to identify trends, customer segments, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Outreach – develop personalized communication strategies and campaigns using the CRM system.
  • Collaboration – working with sales, marketing and customer service teams to optimize customer interactions and processes.
  • Performance Monitoring – analyze the effectiveness of CRM strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Data Governance – ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and implementing data governance policies.
Qualifications
  • Graduate (BS, Engineering, Computer Science) or any IT related graduate course
Working Hours
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for special events or deadlines.
