Position Snapshot

• Deliver local HR Services within the defined Service Level Agreement (Quality, Time, Accuracy and Compliance) as the customer-facing representative for administrative activities
• Local HR Service Delivery – provide timely information to HR Business Partners, CoC, COS and People Managers; partner with CoCs and HRBPs to address operational needs; manage data updates for non-fully connected employees
• End-to-End Service Delivery – coordinate with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain; manage local HR processes (Payroll, Time Management, Benefits)
• Implementation of Policies and Practices – ensure policies are applied and data accuracy is maintained
• HR Business Partner/People Manager Support – act as local support for HRBPs, People Managers and employees
• Customer Experience Continuous Improvement – provide high-quality first-level customer experience and identify improvement opportunities

What will make you successful

• University degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years in Human Resources in Nestlé or another FMCG
• Advanced MS Excel
• Good communication skills
