Job DescriptionResponsibilities :
- Administer local payroll, timekeeping and government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC and HDMF).
- Review time and attendance data prior to payroll processing to ensure accuracy of attendance for the payroll period.
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions and deductions.
- Maintain confidentiality of the payroll transactions and relevant details.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Handle the social benefits of employees.
- Handle employees contracts and job offers.
- Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Process calculating final pay of the separated employees.
- Provide payroll reports to be submitted to Finance Department after payroll release.
- Familiar with labor laws.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in manual processing of payroll is required.
- Handling at least 200 employees.
- Solid experience in processing government mandated benefits.
- Experience in alphalist and BIR year end report.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Knowledgeable in Income Taxation.
- Keen to details especially in payroll management.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, Vlookup and some formulas) is an advantage.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to work in Makati, 9am to 6pm; 5 days a week.

Job DescriptionMain Purpose of the Job : Deliver local HR services within defined SLAs, acting as the customer-facing representative for administrative activities.
Key Outputs :
- Local HR Service Delivery: Deliver local administrative services within SLA’s, provide timely information to HRBPs, CoC, CoS, and Line Managers; partner with CoCs and HRBPs; deliver steps related to non-fully connected employees (e.g., personal data updates).

Key Experiences :
- University degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources in Nestle or FMCG.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.

- Draft notices, letters, memos in compliance with company and labor standards.
- Ensure proper imposition of Disciplinary Action.

- Hybrid working setup but willing to go to office if needed.
- Willing to work Monday to Friday (9am-6pm).
