Talent Acquisition Specialist – Manila (Job Description)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Manila.
Responsibilities- Partner with Hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide ongoing guidance and advisory support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
- Ensure all recruiting guidelines are met and best practices are executed
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Drive recruitment best practices and initiatives
- Assist the graduate recruitment team as and when required
- 8+ years proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a combination of agency and in-house environment or from an RPO background
- Experience with graduate recruitment preferred
- Good understanding of Technology and local Philippines market
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong planning and organization skills and ability to manage a high number of requisitions independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and a team player

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Manager to plan and execute end-to-end TA strategy for Merkle DACH Philippines

- Experience in a multinational company with matrix structure and stakeholders outside the Philippines
- Knowledge of Boolean/open web search techniques; proficient in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent English; strong presenting and communication skills
- Resilient, self-starter with ability to manage a complex workload and high urgency
- Must be open to a hybrid working setup (once or twice a week in the office)
