Role Description

This is a full-time, mixed requirement for remote and on-site role for a Junior Sourcing Specialist located in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Junior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential candidates, assisting with contract negotiations, and managing procurement activities. The Specialist will conduct interviews, maintain candidate databases, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs. Additionally, the Junior Sourcing Specialist will analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to support the organization's staffing goals.
