We're Hiring: Technical Support – L2 (Bank Account)

Join a high-performing technical support team in the banking and financial services industry. We're looking for experienced professionals who can provide Level 2 support for payment systems and banking platforms.|

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for banking and financial services platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues related to payment processing , card readers , and cardholder systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated client issues
  • Ensure proper documentation of issues, fixes, and system configurations
  • Support and maintain the TSYS platform and related financial systems
  • Identify patterns and escalate recurring issues for permanent solutions
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations
  • Must have 2 to 5 years of relevant technical support experience
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is required
  • Hands-on experience with TSYS platform and payment systems
  • Strong background in troubleshooting card readers and cardholder transaction issues
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
