The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all training programs for the food manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring all employees are proficient in their roles, particularly concerning food safety, quality assurance, and operational efficiency . The Training Manager will work to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization. Responsibilities Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff. Focus on Compliance: Ensure all training programs adhere to strict food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and regulatory requirements. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the success of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics to ensure learning objectives are met. Collaborate with Department Heads: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and human resources to identify training needs and close skill gaps. Manage Training Resources: Oversee the training budget, schedule, and team to ensure resources are used efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role within the food manufacturing or a related industry. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
