Job Description: Develop and lead a team of highly competent DMs, AMs and Trainers delivering the best of training experiences to the Account(s). Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness for the Account(s), through the Training Metrics. Plan, execute and monitor all training & development interventions for new hires and existing staff to enhance operational excellence. Work with all stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Drive training related change management and compliance programs for the Account(s) Lead content management and instructional design with the latest technology and practices to stay ahead of the competition. Drive ROI for the learning investment in people and value delivered to business. Be the ambassador for latest & innovative practices and technology and implement the best practices for the Account(s). Govern and maintain compliance requirements as per training standards. Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Minimum 5 yrs. experience in the Training function, should have a sound understanding of the training function Experience in training automation/digitalization Skills / V&A Training experience will be an added advantage Knowledge &/or experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology & able to demonstrate a digital mindset Strong time management skills and proficiency in MS office Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrates personal excellence, lives the growth mindset and adapts to WNS Values Ability to work through unstructured problems, shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid changes #J-18808-Ljbffr
