Training Manager

  • Ensure proper development and design of training courses including outlines and syllabus for all programs they are assigned to
  • Secure resources to facilitate training
  • Overall accountability for maintenance and inventory of all training material they are assigned to
  • Implements incentive programs throughout the training periods to keep agents involved and focused
  • Develops and implements report methodology to determine status of all students and to verify their certification into the operation
  • Accountable for the quality of all agents brought to the floor through sign off methodology
  • Manages scheduling process of trainees and adheres to schedule of training programs
  • Conducts training meetings. Expands training knowledge through seminars and keeping abreast of current training issues
  • Works with Operations and Quality Assurance to understand the largest problem areas of the current agents, to institute into the training process.
  • Works with Operations to design and implement refresher training for current certified agents
  • Recommends corrective services within client limits to improve training curriculum
  • Coordinates with client, as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year College Degree, preferably in Management, Marketing or Psychology
  • 2-3 years call center experience
  • May require overtime, weekend, or holiday work depending on business needs
  • Must be able to problem solve, and determine problems, also to recommend solutions. To seek out better methods of training classes to operate.
  • Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him/her.
  • Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday
  • Must be willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
