Overview
- The Executive/Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to CEO, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
- This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate business activities.
- Annual Appraisal, Employee Recognition Program
- Manage and maintain CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion.
- Support other team members or departments as required.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
