Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Manage scheduling & bookings, correspondence, and filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in project coordination and documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to support ongoing functions.
  • Responsible for government compliances like Business Permits, SSS, HDMF and PHIC and the like to ensure efficiency and compliances with policies and licenses.
  • Handle employee benefits
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of materials and orientation schedules.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage government compliances, and assist with project management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact will all the stakeholders.
