Responsibilities Provide administrative support to various departments. Manage scheduling & bookings, correspondence, and filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail Assist in project coordination and documentation. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to support ongoing functions. Responsible for government compliances like Business Permits, SSS, HDMF and PHIC and the like to ensure efficiency and compliances with policies and licenses. Handle employee benefits Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of materials and orientation schedules. Job Details Job Title: Administrative Assistant Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks efficiently. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage government compliances, and assist with project management. Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
