Payroll

  • Accurate and timely preparation of payroll report (with zero audit findings and complaints)
  • Leave credits availment monitoring
  • 13th-month pay computation and final pay computation for separated employees
  • Salary loan deduction and other charges/deductions monitoring
Employee Relations
  • Handles corrective action process based on the company policy
  • Documentation of all the actions made for every incident report received
  • Conducts exit interviews for separated employees
Timekeeping
  • Accuracy (with zero audit findings and complaints)
  • Familiarity with labor standards and computation
Performance Management
  • Coordination with the Retail Head, Plant Manager, Sector Head, and Assistant Plant Manager
  • Documentation of evaluation forms (3rd and 5th month)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Monitor the processing and facilitation of company and government-mandated benefits
  • Handle all government-mandated benefits-related concerns of employees (loans and claims)
  • Timely processing of payments for monthly remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) of the assigned refilling plant
Monthly Report to Head Office
  • Plantilla report preparation
  • Side-by-side report
  • Remittance payments monitoring
Others
  • Address and handle HR-related concerns of the assigned company
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Level
  • Less than 1 year of experience in HR functions.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting; strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Office-based environment, standard business hours.
Qualities and Traits
  • Strong communication skills, organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
Willingness
  • Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays
  • Willing to start ASAP
