HIRING - SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (Software PH Territory Sales Required)

Salary Range: 40,000 - 70,000 gross plus commission; non-negotiable.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with enterprise clients in the Philippines.
  • Demonstrate a history of sourcing and closing high-value software license deals.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within three (3) months.
  • Meet or exceed sales and quarterly revenue targets for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and building long-term relationships.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sells by understanding their IT needs and offering relevant solutions while generating new leads and delivering new logos and increasing revenue.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT solutions, products, and services to propose effective recommendations to clients.
  • Continuously follow up with clients post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with the customer support and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and smooth operations for clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position the company effectively in the marketplace.
