About the role

At KHZ WELLNESS MASSAGE SERVICES OPC', we are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig City. This full-time role will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring top talent to support the growth of our dynamic wellness business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  2. Screening applications, conducting interviews and assessing candidates against role requirements
  3. Liaising with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  4. Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on recruitment activities
  6. Supporting HR initiatives such as employer branding and employee engagement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  2. Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  5. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  6. Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking tools
