This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. Responsibilities Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Administer employee records, HR documents, and performance evaluations. Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination. Manage employee relations and ensure a harmonious work environment. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company-wide initiatives. Assist in training, development, and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Provide general HR support and address employee concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration , or related field. At least 2–4 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a generalist or HR officer role. Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems. A team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
