Overview Job Title: HR Coordinator Company Industry : Food and Beverage Location: Taguig (Full Onsite) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift Role Overview The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions. This role also ensures effective implementation of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance processes to support the companys growth in the logistics industry. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of solid experience in HR Generalist functions. Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage, but not required. Strong background in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Familiarity with timekeeping, payroll processes, labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, employees, and management. Duties & Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding Provide general HR support in employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy implementation Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company standards Administer government-mandated benefits and coordinate with relevant agencies for compliance and reporting Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development activities to enhance workplace culture and retention Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions Generate HR reports and metrics to monitor recruitment efficiency and overall HR performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
