Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to end-users, maintain computer systems and networks, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot system errors, network connectivity issues, and software malfunctions. Assist with setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs or replacements. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure all equipment is properly documented. Support remote users through remote desktop or helpdesk tools. Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and applications. Assist in implementing new technologies and contribute to IT projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as IT Support, Technical Support, or Helpdesk Technician at least 6 months. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments. Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN), routers, and firewalls. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.). Good problem-solving and communication skills.
