Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the technical team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating technical documentation. Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with IT for resolutions of technical issues. Create and update user manuals, technical guides, and internal SOPs. Ensure compliance with company standards and data accuracy across all documents and reports. Assist in onboarding new technical staff by preparing system access, tools, and initial documentation. Provide support in quality assurance processes and audits when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or technical support role (at least 12 years preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zendesk) is a plus. Basic understanding of IT systems and technical workflows. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
