- Marketing & Prospecting : Engage in ongoing local marketing, and identify potential and existing clients.
- Client Consultations : Conduct aesthetic assessments, consultations, and set goals tailored to client needs.
- Risk & Service Assessment : Evaluate risk factors and recommend appropriate services.
- Sales & Revenue : Meet sales targets and handle collections as set by management.
- Client Onboarding : Guide clients through orientation, initial scheduling, and medical exams.
- Documentation & Records : Maintain all necessary client and service-related documentation.
- After-Sales Support : Provide personalized follow-up (e.g., thank-you and birthday cards).
- Collaboration : Work with clinical teams for service delivery.
- Client Monitoring : Track and report on client progress and outcomes.
- Miscellaneous Tasks : Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nursing, Aesthetics, or related field (preferred)
- Certification or training in aesthetics or skincare (advantageous but not required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition
- Experience with consultative selling and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and aesthetic procedures
- Ability to understand and explain clinical/aesthetic procedures to clients clearly and confidently
- Customer service-focused with a warm and professional demeanor
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and confident
- Presentable and well-groomed at all times
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive client information confidentially
