Duties and Responsibilities As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of financial advisors to meet and exceed sales goals and increase revenue. You will create effective sales strategies, support your team, and build strong client relationships. Your attention to performance and compliance will drive our agency’s success. Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors, set clear performance goals, and offer coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance while fostering a positive, motivated work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to reach company sales goals, as well as create and execute plans for entering new markets and expanding the customer base. Monitor sales metrics and performance to assess both team and individual effectiveness, and offer insights and recommendations based on sales performance data to drive improvements in sales. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and business partners while identifying client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position, leading and managing a group or team. Specialization in Marketing, Financial Services, or any Sales industry is an advantage. In-depth knowledge and expertise in the insurance or financial services sector will be a strong advantage. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies to effectively promote insurance products and services. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making. A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one, if required) to comply with industry regulations.
