Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the sales process to ensure their satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client needs, present appropriate products or services, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Provide clients with product or service demonstrations and handle objections effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain an updated and organized database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors to remain a knowledgeable resource for clients.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred).
  • Familiarity with selling.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based sales.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and present strategic solutions.
