Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the sales process to ensure their satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Understand client needs, present appropriate products or services, and offer tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive strategies, and opportunities for growth. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis. Provide clients with product or service demonstrations and handle objections effectively. Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective delivery of services. Maintain an updated and organized database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM software. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors to remain a knowledgeable resource for clients. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in sales. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred). Familiarity with selling. Experience in consultative or solution-based sales.
