Responsibilities

  • Design and standardize sales processes tailored to each channel while maintaining scalability and efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in current sales operations; implement data-driven improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics
  • Sales Automation and Tooling
  • Lead the implementation of CRM, sales enablement, lead management, and workflow automation tools
  • Define business requirements and user stories for automation solutions; coordinate with Product and Technical teams for delivery
  • Drive user adoption and continuous improvement of sales technology platforms
  • Project and Change Management
  • Lead process change initiatives with a structured approach; manage stakeholders and timelines effectively
  • Develop training programs and materials, in alignment with Sales Excellence and Enablement, to support process and system changes
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption in the sales organization
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, IT, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing for all sales process and automation needs
  • Support commercial leadership with insights and tools to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
