Sales Support Manager – Santa Rosa

Overview: Support our B2B customers in their business travels. Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues. Maintain high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support B2B customers with bookings and travel-related queries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations in service delivery.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and take ownership to prevent problems before they arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer care teams to define and establish best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches; anticipate and adapt to changes and innovations in TravelPerk.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service background in Hospitality (hotels, travel agencies, airlines, offices).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills in Business English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven track record of going above and beyond to provide excellent service in a client-facing role.

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Santa Rosa, Philippines
  • Salary: Php 21,000.00 – Php 25,000.00 per month
