Job Description
Sales and Promotion:
- Help customers find the right furniture and bed mattresses for their needs.
- Explain product features and benefits to encourage sales.
- Meet sales goals and targets.
Customer Service:
- Assist customers with questions and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Ensure customers are happy with their purchases.
Inventory & Delivery Support:
- Check stock levels and report any issues.
- Help restock items when needed.
- Assist in delivering items.
Market and Sales Process Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest furniture, bed mattresses and market trends.
- Share feedback about customer preferences with the supervisor and/or with the team.
Teamwork:
- Work with other team promodisers to meet store goals and quota.
- Participate in training to improve product and sales knowledge.
Compensation:
- Candidate could receive a minimum of 2,000php incentive depending on performance.
- Candidate will receive government benefits.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in the sales process.
- Experience in the same field or related job preferred but not required (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Good communication skills to handle customer inquiries.
- College level, vocational or high-school graduate.
- Experience in furniture and/or bed mattress promo display is an advantage.
- Physically fit.
- Willing to start immediately.
- Promotion to permanent employee; Commission pay.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the assigned segment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely support and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards.
- Prospect new clients via outbound calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments.
- Schedule meetings, present product offerings, and close initial sales.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in key account management and/or customer-facing roles.
- Willing to travel to meet clients as needed.
- Excellent negotiation & problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients and trading contracts.
- Drive sales growth and countertrading flows in food ingredients and packaging.
- Expand market presence and identify new customer opportunities.
- Provide market insights and supply-demand analysis to support trading strategy.
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and operations teams for accurate P&L and execution.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Min 3 years in business development and domestic trading in the Philippines, preferably in food or packaging.
- Proven experience in B2B supply chain management.
- Knowledge of commodity/ingredient trading and risk management.
- Fluency in English and Filipino.
- Strong pipeline, forecasting, and inventory management skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player.
