Overview

Role: Office Administrator in our Cebu operations. You will lead administrative functions and report to the Head of Operations in the Philippines. You contribute to placing people at the center of our employee experience and help cultivate an environment where employees thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Leadership: Drive operational efficiency by providing strategic administrative leadership, emphasizing continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture, including celebrations such as Christmas parties and local festivities that reflect the value on delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • Employee Well-being: Manage employee benefits, ensuring health and happiness through oversight of HMO, life insurance, social security, and other mandatory government benefits.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely adherence to local government requirements, including business permit renewals, BOI applications, and labor department regulations.
  • Office Management: Perform on-the-ground office tasks, interact with government offices, manage document submissions, and liaise with agencies such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE and other local units.
  • Accounting and Operational Duties: Conduct basic accounting tasks such as expense liquidation, receipts and records keeping, and local purchases in line with ethical practices.
  • Attendance and Time Keeping: Manage employee time records to ensure accurate payroll processing in accordance with company regulations and DOLE standards.

  • Align office management with the mission of delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology.
  • Provide seamless administrative support to the Head of Operations and employees.
  • Facilitate efficient employee benefits management and regulatory compliance.
  • Execute effective on-the-ground office management and liaise with external agencies.
