What You’ll Do

  • Represent the institution in important meetings, events, and partnerships
  • Partner with top management to drive strategic initiatives and growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of any four-year course; postgraduate studies are a plus
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare or related fields
  • Knowledge of ISO/Quality Management systems is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people-first mindset
  • A proactive leader who can balance operational needs with strategic goals
