If you have a proven track record in technical sales — especially with vacuum pumps, air tools, fans, blowers, or similar industrial products — we want to hear from you What You’ll Do As our Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing expert technical solutions and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for: Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets while contributing to overall company growth. Leveraging your technical knowledge to understand and promote our products effectively. Staying up to date with industry and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Designing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives. Collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams to provide end-to-end customer support. Preparing impactful sales presentations, proposals, and detailed product documentation. Conducting product demos and explaining complex technical features in a clear, client-focused manner. Recommending product modifications to meet specific customer requirements. Monitoring competitor activity and providing market intelligence. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and handling concerns promptly. Taking on additional related tasks as necessary to support the team. What We’re Looking For We are specifically looking for candidates with hands‑on experience in technical sales. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of solid experience in sales of vacuum pumps, air tools, fans, blowers, or related equipment (required). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. A proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales. Willingness to travel and do field work as needed. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a 4‑wheel vehicle.
