Customer Service Representative – Manila / Alabang / Makati / Taguig

  • Prompt and accurate sales order creation (voice/electronic) following policies and system procedures
  • Log and follow up on complaints; aim to close within defined service levels
  • Coordinate inquiries and tasks within service levels to exceed customer expectations
  • Inform and update clients on customer contact tools to facilitate order fulfillment
  • Provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding products/services
  • Onsite work with shifting/fixed schedules; some roles offer benefits such as HMO/medical insurance
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or related 4-year course (some postings accept graduates or undergraduates; others require 0-5 years of experience)
  • Fresh graduates welcome (on some postings) or 6 months to 2 years BPO experience (varies)
  • Good or excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to work onsite in locations such as Alabang, Makati, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pasig, Quezon City or surrounding areas
  • Good computer/navigation skills
