About the role

We are seeking a Productions Associate who will be at the heart of our clothing production operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our products are prepared, tracked, and ready for events, while coordinating with sewers and managing timelines. This role requires either direct experience in clothing production or strong project management skills with the ability to learn quickly and handle multiple moving parts with precision.

Responsibilities
  • Check inventory and prepare new stocks ahead of each event.
  • Coordinate with sewers to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • After events, review available on-hand items and prepare for upcoming schedules.
  • Support the team in ensuring smooth production flow and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and fast-learning mindset.
  • Someone comfortable working in a startup setup where flexibility and adaptability are key.
Set Up
  • Startup Environment: Comfortable and adaptable within a fast-paced startup setting where flexibility and negotiation are inherent.
  • Work Set-Up: Hybrid (Makati City)
  • Work Schedule: Flexible 9:00am/10:00 am to 7:00 pm - Monday to Thursday, Saturday (Subject to change based on the event)
