Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) with a background in software sales and real estate sales. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of experience in generating new business and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  2. Qualify Leads: Engage with leads to understand their needs, qualify them, and provide the necessary information to move them through the sales funnel.
  3. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  4. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to pass along qualified leads and assist with follow-up communication.
  5. CRM Management: Track all interactions with prospects in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  6. Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets such as calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing sales training and development to refine techniques and improve results.
Qualifications
  1. 1-5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR (required).
  2. Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  3. Experience in software sales and real estate sales is required.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
  5. A proactive and goal-oriented approach with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  6. Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
  7. Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM platforms.
  8. Familiarity with any phone system for sales outreach and customer engagement.
  9. Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a remote team.
