Your Role
As a Sales & Technical Support Associate, you are responsible for:
Sales Strength
  • A confident, friendly communicator with professional phone manner

  • Comfortable guiding people to solutions that fit their needs
Support Skills:
  • Logical thinker with a knack for troubleshooting
  • Able to break down tech concepts in plain language
  • Patient, empathetic, and great at calming frustration
  • A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do next
Bonus Points If You Also Have:
  • Experience using Zoho One, Jira, Trello, or Confluence
  • Knowledge of smart home tech (WiFi, CCTV, intercoms, access control, etc.)
  • A quiet home office, strong internet, and your own computer
