About the Role As a Sales Intake Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our client experience, the first point of connection between clients and our powerhouse team of attorneys ready to fight for them. You’ll be the welcoming voice that not only answers client inquiries but also builds genuine engagement, laying the foundation for a trusting, lasting relationship. In this role, you’ll guide clients from their first call to a formal consultation with our legal experts. What You’ll Do Every Day Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call. Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys. Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish. Why Join Us? Apply today Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification. We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
