As HR Operations Coordinator , you will:
- Support the day-to-day HR Operations and Total Rewards teams.
- Assist with onboarding, record retention, compliance, audits, HR Technology, and HR documents/reporting.
- Work closely with HR Operations team members and other HRD department members to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- Human Resource administrative experience preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Preferable experience with Xero
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Human Capital Management (HCM) System, preferred
- Amenable to work onsite
