• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
• Coordinate and oversee external audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Mentor, train, and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software SAP, Oracle and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and professional development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
