Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily accounting activities for PHILNOS Corporation in the HR & Recruitment industry.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
  • Develop staff by mentoring and training junior accountants.
  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports to the management team.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, instituting and maintaining other planning and control procedures.
Educational Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications, such as an MBA or CPA, are preferred.
Experience Level
  • Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance management.
Skills and Competencies
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Profound knowledge of financial analysis and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in conducting due diligence.
  • Proficient in preparing complete and accurate financial statements.
  • Strong command of financial reporting procedures and general accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with various accounting methods and best practices.
