Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Manage and lead the accounting team, ensuring productivity and professional development. Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets. Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes to assist in financial planning. Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulations. Manage internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support senior management in decision-making. Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and support tax compliance efforts. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred. Licenses/Certifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license is an advantage. Work Experience Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience. At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Areas of Expertise Financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger management. Audit coordination and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulations. Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Advanced Excel for data analysis and financial modeling. ERP systems knowledge, tax compliance, and payroll expertise. Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Attention to detail and high ethical standards. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
