On-site - Pasig 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Accounting Manager will report and work closely with the President, and Vice President: analysis and reconciliation of accounts and in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls. Prepares Financial Statement and Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance, reconciliations and report preparation. Ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through a report (annual report). Must be a Certified Public Accountant with at least 3 years managerial experience. Process Improvements Accuracy and Timeliness Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities (able to manage complex accounting structure), solid operational and technical accounting background and works proactively to drive results. With experience in Oil and Gas industry and/or Retail. High level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment. Team player Attention to details, analysis and collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and SAP.
