About the role Firstlead Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in our Capitol Pasig City office. In this critical role, you will oversee the full accounting cycle and financial reporting for our growing organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant role Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
