Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Finance Services Officer to join our Finance Services team. This role will provide proactive support to the Finance Services team, performing accounting tasks as required and delivering services to ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Services function by undertaking duties outlined in the Finance Services duty statements
  • Perform tasks in adherence to separation of duties guidelines based on workload
  • Assist the team on other tasks or projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with all GHD Finance policies and procedures
  • Provide continuous feedback to the Manager/Team Leader, including confirmations on compliance matters
  • Foster a cooperative knowledge-sharing relationship with other operating centers
What you will bring to the team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any Finance-related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to collate, organize and analyze data
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in an accounting shared services environment
  • Experience using intermediate to advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel & expense accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and master data management
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Excellent coordination skills with an understanding of when to escalate issues
Work schedule

Monday to Friday / 5:00 pm to 2:00 am / Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

This job offer is based in Makati or Quezon City.
