Master Financial Systems and Processes

Job Description

Accounts Payable

- Invoice Verification

- In the absence of the Finance Generalist assigned to specific clients, the Finance Officer will handle the end-to-end payables process, from preparation to disbursement.

- Filing Documents

Accounts Receivable

- Invoicing

- Payment Processing

Treasury

- Bank-related transactions

Financial Reporting, Planning, and Analysis

- Maintain and update journal entries in the accounting system to ensure accurate financial records.

Ad Hoc Tasks

- Business Continuity of the Finance Officer/Assistant

Minimum qualifications

Education – Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Business Administration course related to Finance and Accounting.

Technical Skills – Ability to maintain computerized bookkeeping records; experience in using QuickBooks or Xero accounting systems.

Experience – 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

Communication & Leadership – Strong oral and written communication skills with leadership potential.

Software Proficiency – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Preferred qualifications

Education – Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Business Administration course related to Finance and Accounting.

Experience – 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

Technical Skills – Ability to maintain computerized bookkeeping records; experience in using QuickBooks or Xero accounting systems.

Software Proficiency – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
