Our client, a leading company in the global outsourcing industry, is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to lead and manage their financial operations. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between office and remote work.

About the Role:

As Finance Officer, you will oversee the company's financial operations, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the organization while ensuring adherence to ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in general finance and accounting.
  • 5+ years experience in the global outsourcing/offshoring sector.
  • Experience in ISO-compliant financial processes and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
