About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Officer to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and supporting the overall financial management of the organization. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading business solutions provider.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  3. Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  4. Reconciling accounts and identifying and resolving discrepancies
  5. Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and timely
  7. Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process
  8. Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  3. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
  4. Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present financial information to stakeholders
  7. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
