Finance Officer — Hybrid

Location: Makati Executive Center, Makati City (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Officer to help our clients manage day-to-day finance operations, cash flow, and compliance while supporting leadership with data-driven insights. You'll assist in treasury, budgeting, and reporting, and help level up our clients' controls and processes. This is a hybrid setup with on-site days at Makati Executive Plaza.

Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply for this entry-level role.

Preference will be given to candidates living in Makati, Mandaluyong, or nearby cities for easier commute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help our clients manage cash flow, bank relations, disbursements, and collections.
  • Assist in budgeting & forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly management reports.
  • Ensure accurate general ledger health and timely month/quarter close.
  • Support BIR compliance (VAT, EWT, income tax) and coordinate filings and schedules.
  • Prepare/assist in financial statements, and support internal/external audits.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and process improvements/automation.
  • Partner with operations on cost control, pricing inputs, and project profitability tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accountancy, Management, or Finance.
  • Open to fresh graduates; 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting (treasury, budgeting, reporting) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of PH taxation and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferably residing in Makati, Mandaluyong, or nearby cities.

  • Experience in consultancy, BPO, or multi-entity environments.
