IT Service Desk Taguig onsite
Location: Taguig, Philippines. Support our B2B customers in their Business Travels.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
- Maintain high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests
- Identify and preemptively address problems; act as an owner and anticipate issues before they arise
- Help define and establish best practices with sales, operations, and customer care
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in TravelPerk
Qualifications:
- Customer service background in Hospitality (hotels, travel agencies, airlines, offices)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication in Business English (spoken and written)
- Proven track record in delivering excellent service in a client-facing role
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
