IT Service Desk Taguig onsite

Location: Taguig, Philippines. Support our B2B customers in their Business Travels.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
  • Maintain high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests
  • Identify and preemptively address problems; act as an owner and anticipate issues before they arise
  • Help define and establish best practices with sales, operations, and customer care
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in TravelPerk

Qualifications:

  • Customer service background in Hospitality (hotels, travel agencies, airlines, offices)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication in Business English (spoken and written)
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent service in a client-facing role

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Phone or Live chat shift support
  • Help customers by understanding queries and providing solutions
  • Search Knowledgebase/FAQ for relevant information
