Overview As a B2C Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns to meet our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2C marketing, marketing communications, end-to-end program management, analytical skills, and a passion for driving measurable results. Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Positioning: Support marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility and equity in the market. Ensure consistent messaging, brand guidelines, and visual identity across all marketing campaigns. Engage in efforts that improve awareness, onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention. Participate in initiatives that build better customer experiences Revenue and Retention: Understand the customer lifecycle to ideate on initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value. Address drop-off stages in the customer journey through marketing initiatives and campaigns. Develop, collaborate (with Marketing, CST, and Operations), and implement retention strategies across marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Utilize market insights to devise marketing strategies that target specific customer segments effectively Campaign Management: Execute and manage marketing campaigns, from concept development to implementation and performance analysis (end-to-end campaign management). Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results. Performance and Optimization: Identify, learn, and understand data and analytics to establish key performance indicators (KPIs). Work with teams to apply tracking mechanisms to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing, measure ROI, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies and tactics. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Lead and mentor junior team member/s, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ yrs) in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles in fintech or financial services Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective growth marketing strategies that have driven significant customer acquisition and revenue growth with measurable business results Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making and performance-tracking Mature experience in campaign development, implementation, and optimization (end-to-end project management) Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely. Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital platforms, CRM, analytics tools Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
