Territory Business Manager – Taguig

Job Description
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Capability
    • Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course
    • Must have sales experience related to healthcare, particularly Dialysis
    • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Job Summary
    • Experience selling into Hemodialysis machines and consumables or related medical equipment
    • Successful track record of sales
    • Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
    • Experience with Dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential
  • Duties and Responsibilities
    • Prepare weekly itinerary and daily post call
    • Attend meetings with the sales team (Twice a day)
    • Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet the territory target and company expectations
    • Manage and develop sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory
    • Identify key customers and develop solid relationships to promote focus products and the company
    • Understand competitors and their activities
    • Stay informed on market developments and provide information back to the company
    • Identify business opportunities by researching and evaluating sales options
    • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions
    • Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance
    • Plan and propose to Management for approval any appropriate sales marketing strategy
    • Note: duties are not exclusive and may be revised as needed
  • Salary Range
    • Php 20,000 basic salary
    • Plus actual reimbursement for transportation (gas, toll) with food reimbursement
  • Job Location

  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
