Overview

Bridge IT, Quoting, and Production for Smarter, Faster Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support IT / database systems while assisting with quoting and estimating tasks. This role blends technical expertise with operational support to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency across day-to-day operations and production.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Access databases and related systems
  • Provide general IT support and resolve technical issues as needed
  • Support quoting and estimating for jobs and orders
  • Assist in production workflows, gaining end-to-end process knowledge for improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process or system enhancements
  • Document procedures, improvements, and system changes clearly
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA, and SQL
  • Strong general IT knowledge (software, hardware, networking basics)
  • Background in quoting, estimating, or production support (manufacturing / distribution a plus)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical solutions to non-technical colleagues
